Formed in 1986 by Jayne Kimberly Jones Boone, Boone Geomatrix Supply, Inc is a full service erosion control company.  We sell geotextile products such as silt fence, straw mat, permininate reinforcement mat geo-grids, retaining walls, etc.  Our firm serves most of North Carolina, East Tennessee, South Carolina, North Georgia, and have had jobs as far away as Woodland, Washington.

Our home base is located in Micaville North Carolina, a rural community at the foot of Mount Mitchell nestled among the Blue Ridge Mountains. Over the past twenty three years we have successfully completed a variety of projects, from designing and laying out retaining walls to hydro seeding large mine reclamation projects.

Currently we are working with Taylor and Murphy Contractors, and Young and McQueen, Inc on a highway connector from I-26 in Mars Hill, North Carolina that will eventually end up in Boone, North Carolina.  The first phase of the construction of this connector is a 107 million dollar project that crosses steep, mountainous terrain in the Madison and Yancey County region of Western North Carolina. Boone Geomatrix Supply has been involved in providing erosion control products and solutions that include silt basins, skimmers, hydro seeding, and bank stabilization.

Boone Geomatrix Supply is a certified NCDOT sub-contractor.  Ms. Boone has attended many schools and workshops with the NCDOT under its civil rights programs.  Boone Geomatrix Supply is also a woman owned business, disadvantaged business enterprise, historically underutilized business, small business enterprise.  Given these certifications, Boone Geomatrix can fulfill any of your minority needs with the NCDOT and US Highway Commission.
